We collect only what you give us directly:

• fiber_manual_record Discovery call bookings — name, email, and any notes you leave on the Cal.com booking form. Cal.com's own privacy policy governs data collected on their platform.
• fiber_manual_record Case study requests — name and work email submitted via the modal form on this site.
• fiber_manual_record Analytics — we use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-first tool that collects no personal data, sets no cookies, and is fully GDPR compliant. No IP addresses or device fingerprints are stored.

We do not use tracking pixels, session replay tools, or third-party ad networks on this site.

2. How we use it

Information you submit is used solely to:

• fiber_manual_record Respond to your discovery call or case study request
• fiber_manual_record Send you the case study or follow-up materials you asked for
• fiber_manual_record Understand which types of businesses are most interested in BizOpsy (in aggregate, not individually)

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party for marketing purposes.

3. Data storage and retention

Case study request emails are sent to and stored in our team inbox. We retain this information for as long as it is relevant to an active conversation with you. If you ask us to delete your data, we will do so within 7 business days.

We do not operate a marketing database or CRM that automatically stores your details beyond what you explicitly submit.

4. Cookies

This site sets no cookies. Plausible Analytics operates entirely without cookies. Cal.com may set cookies when you visit their booking page — please refer to Cal.com's privacy policy for details.
